Thank you so much to all who contributed recipes for this Challenge.
I tried lots of new things myself and am very happy to have so many new recipes.
I'd love to hear from you. Did you try anything new? How did it go?
I thought it would be helpful to have all the recipe titles listed here with links to the actual recipes so you don't have to scroll through all 30 if you're looking for something.

Can we have another 30 days?
ReplyDeleteTsimmes
(everything is based on taste...)
sweet potatoes peeled & cubed
carrots (baby, straight from the bag or sliced @ the size of the potatoes)
honey (or molasses, or date syrup)
cinnamon
prunes (ahem, dried plums - without pits)
water or orange juice. (The veggies, kind of steam while baking - I put in enough to cover the bottom)
Mix together, cover & bake at 350 for about an hour. (I bake it with a chicken - its done when the veggies are tender.)
Thanks Anonymous! I think these past 30 days went really well, and I'd love to do 30 more. Let me think about something similar we can try in 2011. Enjoy the fast-approaching holiday season!
